Estia Health Aged Care Facility in Mt Barker is a new two and single storey facility comprising of 118 beds. A number of performance solutions were utilised due to the constraints of the project site. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification Services including assessment of Fire Engineered solutions.
