The project involves the construction of a new state of the art medical manufacturing, laboratory, office and storage facility. Spanning over two buildings once completed the project will have a GFA of approximately 26,000m2. A number of fire engineered performance solutions were utilised to achieve design efficiencies and cost savings for the client. BCA Concepts were engaged to provide Building Certification Services from concept phase through to completion.
